Vehicle thefts reported in Park Manor: police

In each incident, victims parked their vehicles on the street in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find them missing, police said.

The thefts happened between June 24 and July 1 in the 6800 and 6900 blocks of South State Street and South Wabash Avenue in the morning hours, police said.

Chicago police are warning Park Manor residents of nine reported vehicle thefts in Park Manor.

In each incident victims parked their vehicles on the street in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find them missing, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The thefts occurred in between June 24 and July 1 in the 6800 and 6900 blocks of South State Street and South Wabash Avenue in the morning hours, police said.

Anyone with information about these thefts is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
