A 57-year-old man was fatally shot Tuesday West Garfield Park, Chicago police said.

Hoston Porter was found about 11 p.m. in the 3900 block of West Gladys Avenue with gunshot wounds to his chest, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Area Four detectives are investigating.
