Man fatally shot in drive-by Little Village

A 33-year-old man was fatally shot in a drive-by Saturday in Little Village on the Southwest Side.

Luis Flores was in the 3100 block of West 26th Street about 6:10 a.m., when someone in a passing black vehicle fired shots at him, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

He was struck multiple times and brought to Mount Sinai Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

An autopsy conducted Sunday ruled Flores’ death a homicide, the medical examiner’s office said.

Area Four detectives are investigating.
