Police are warning residents in Lake View of a pair of armed robberies reported Thursday on the North Side.

The suspects stabbed someone in one of the robberies and used pepper spray in both, Chicago police said in a community alert.

One robbery happened at 2 a.m. in the 3400 block of North Hasted Street, while the other occurred about 7:50 a.m. in the 3200 block of North Sheffield Avenue, police said.

The suspects were described as three men in their 20s, police said.
