A teenage boy was shot Sunday in Rogers Park on the North Side.

The 17-year-old was shot in the abdomen about 4:05 p.m. in the 2000 block of West Chase Avenue, Chicago police said. He was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he was in good condition.

Further details were not immediately available.

Area Three detectives are investigating.
