Gas station clerk robbed at gunpoint in Irving Park

The 46-year-old clerk was robbed by a male about 12:25 a.m. in the 3900 block of West Irving Park Road, police said.

A gas station clerk was robbed at gunpoint early Friday Morning in Irving Park.

The 46-year-old clerk was robbed by a male about 12:25 a.m. in the 3900 block of West Irving Park Road, Chicago police said.

The man held the clerk at gunpoint while he took money and fled the scene with an unknown amount, police said.

There were no injuries reported and no one is in custody as Area Five detectives investigate.
