Man fatally shot in West Garfield Park

The man, 37, was found lying outside in the 4700 block of West Monroe Street with gunshot wounds to his head, chest and shoulder, Chicago police said.

A man was fatally shot in West Garfield Park on the West Side Monday night.

Bobby Lee Donley, 37, was found lying outside in the 4700 block of West Monroe Street about 9:50 p.m. with gunshot wounds to his head, chest and shoulder, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. He lived in suburban Bellwood.

No one was in custody.
