A man was critically wounded during a shoot-out with a robber on a CTA bus in Park Manor on the South Side Sunday night.

The man, 21, was shot in the chest around 10:40 p.m. in first block of East 71st St., Chicago police said. He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition, police said.

The robber was found by officers at East 72nd Street and South Michigan Avenue and taken into custody, police said.

Neither man had a valid Firearm Owners Identification card, police said.
