A 16-year-old boy is facing felony charges in connection with a carjacking last month in Humboldt Park. 

On Jan. 20, the teen allegedly took a vehicle by force from a 64-year-old man in the 2900 block of West Walton Avenue, Chicago police said. 

The boy was arrested Monday and charged with one count of vehicular hijacking, police said. 

He is due in juvenile court Tuesday.
