A man was in good condition after he was shot Wednesday morning in the Logan Square neighborhood.

The 35-year-old was shot in his foot while sitting on a porch about 7:25 a.m. in the 1800 block of North Drake Avenue, the Chicago Police Department said in a statement.

He was taken to Humboldt Park Health, formerly known as Norwegian American Hospital.

No arrest was made, police said.

CPD’s 14th District, which covers Logan Square and Wicker Park, has seen five shootings so far this year through March 14, according to police statistics. That’s less than the eight shootings CPD recorded during the same period in 2020.
