Gas station robbed at gunpoint in Old Irving Park

About 9:50 p.m., a male walked into a gas station in the 4000 block of West Irving Park Road and threatened an employee with a gun, Chicago police said.

Three people were carjacked June 18, 2021.

A gas station was robbed March 25, 2021, in Old Irving Park.

A gas station was robbed at gunpoint Thursday in Old Irving Park on the Northwest Side.

About 9:50 p.m., a male walked into a gas station in the 4000 block of West Irving Park Road and threatened an employee with a gun, Chicago police said.

The employee handed over the cash in the register and the robber escaped from the store, police said.

No injuries were reported.

Police said the robber was wearing a brown hat, a black jacket and black pants.

Area Five detectives are investigating.
