A teenage boy was shot Saturday in Lawndale on the West Side.

The boy, 15, was shot in the lower leg about 5:45 a.m. in the 2100 block of South Kostner Avenue, Chicago police said.

He was taken to St. Anthony Hospital in good condition, police said.

Area Four detectives are investigating.
