A man was fatally shot Friday afternoon in Pullman on the Far South Side.

The 25-year-old was shot by someone in an apartment about 3:20 p.m. in the 900 block of East 104th Street, according to Chicago police.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The man was identified as Marcus Lewis by the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

The shooter fled the scene, according to police.

Area Two detectives are investigating the shooting.
