Police are warning of three armed robberies reported in May in Oakland.

Police are warning residents of three armed robberies reported in Oakland on the South Side.

In each incident someone was approached by two or three people who pulled out a gun and demanded property, Chicago police said.

The robberies happened about 7 p.m. May 3 in the 3900 block of South Langley Avenue, about 2 p.m. May 7 in the 3800 block of South Vincennes Avenue, and about 9:30 a.m. May 9 in the 4100 block of South Berkeley Avenue, police said.
