A 16-year-old boy was shot to death Wednesday while inside a home in Roseland on the Far South Side.

Ladontis Farrow was shot in the head about 6:05 p.m. in the first block of East 113th Place, Chicago police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

No one was in custody.
