Police are warning of a pair of robberies reported in North Center on the North Side.

In each incident, someone was approached from behind, pushed to the ground and struggled with a man who attempted to forcefully remove their property, Chicago police said.

The robberies happened about 8:30 p.m. June 17 in the 2800 block of North Leavitt Street, and about 4 p.m. June 19 in the 2000 block of West Diversey Parkway, police said.
