3 men wounded in Englewood drive-by shooting

They were outside a home in the 6100 block of South Green Street when someone in a car fired shots, Chicago police said.

Four people were wounded in a shooting July 1, 2022, in West Garfield Park.

Three people were shot June 8, 2021, in Englewood.

Three men were wounded in a drive-by shooting Tuesday night in Englewood on the South Side.

The men were outside a home in the 6100 block of South Green Street just before 8 p.m. when a car approached and someone began firing, Chicago police said.

A 30-year-old man was struck in the back and listed in serious condition at Stroger Hospital, according to police.

Another man, 34, was also struck in the back and a man, 40, suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. Both were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
