A 16-year-old who was shot and critically wounded was dropped off at Mount Sinai Hospital Saturday morning on the West Side.

The teen was dropped off about 1:20 a.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital in with a gunshot wound to his back, Chicago police said.

He was listed in critical condition, police said.

No one was in custody as of early Saturday morning.
