Alex Zuniga, 31, was shot about 11 p.m. by someone in a blue car in the 4000 block of West 26th Street, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

He was hit in the chest and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No one is in custody.
