The Sci Fi network finally announced a return date for its acclaimed series, “Battlestar Galactica.” The show’s final 10 episodes will begin airing Jan. 16 and run weekly to the series finale on March 20.

Anyone remember where we left off? The ragtag Colonial fleet, now palsy with the Cylons who tried to annihilate them, finally made it to the mythical planet Earth — only to find it a chilly, barren wasteland, with a piece of what appears to be the Brooklyn Bridge sticking out of the sand.

We suggest filling at least a small portion of the time remaining with these seven deleted scenes from season four. Why wait for the DVD’s special features?
