Heres a quick glance at whats happening around the American League Central.

The Twins open a key four-game series against the White Sox tonight, but they will be without the pesky Nick Punto. The Twins are carrying 13 pitches, but arent having much success with the formula.

The Tigers return home, which isnt necessarily good news. They are on of the few teams that find little comfort at home. They expect to see some strikes tonight against the Indians Paul Byrd.

Young Indians outfielder Ben Francisco is coming off a banner series.
