Jurassic Five (plus 13)

As noted on the front page of today’s paper, the Brookfield Zoo turns into Jurassic Park come April 4, when the Dinosaurs Alive! exhibit opens. The world’s largest animatronic dinosaur, a replica of the nearly 60-foot-long Ruyang Yellow River dino, will be the centerpiece, but there will be 17 other animals vying for your attention.

Check out the photos here, and get yourself out to the zoo between April and October. Admission to Dinosaurs Alive! will be $5 for adults and $3 for children 3-11 and seniors 65 and older. General zoo admission is $12 for adults and $8 for children 3-11 and seniors. Children 2 and under are admitted free
