Eat and drink your bourbon at Maker's Mark dinner

Displaced Kentuckians, take note: Your home state’s drink will be on full display at sola on Tuesday. Not only will you get Maker’s Mark cocktails throughout the Maker’s Mark Bourbon dinner (including the Luxury Manhattan with Licor 43, sweet vermouth, bitters and branded cherries), but the liquor will also feature prominently in most of the menu items. We’re talking Berkshire pork baby-back ribs with Maker’s-pineapple glaze; celery root gnocchi with oxtail and Maker’s Mark brown butter; and pecan cake with house-made buttermilk ice cream and Maker’s Mark caramel sauce.

The 6:30 p.m. dinner costs $70 (plus tax and tip); make a reservation at (773) 327-3868.
