USC running back Marc Tyler watched Tuesday’s practice from the sideline with his arm in a sling after dislocating his left shoulder in Thursday night’s 30-9 win over Cal. The senior “appears doubtful” for Saturday night’s game against Notre Dame, according to the Los Angeles Times.Sophomore Dillion Baxter was absent from practice and may not be with the team this weekend because of a family matter, which means Curtis McNeal could make his first start against the Irish. The 5-foot-7, 180-pounder replaced Tyler in the second half against Cal and rushed for 86 yards on 17 carries.
