Mayor Emanuel will join U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn, US Senator Richard Durbin, and U.S. Congressmen Bobby Rush and Dan Lipinski to announce a major investment in Chicago-area infrastructure that will spur job creation for residents across the city.
