Lisa Madigan: On Capitol Hill Wednesday for phone cramming hearing

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan testifies Wednesday before the Senate Commerce Committee, chaired by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W. Va.) on bogus charges on phone bills–also known as cramming. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) has been involved in anti-cramming legislation for years.
