'Morning Joe' divorce kept secret — for months

MSNBC “Morning Joe” co-host and former Florida GOP congressman Joe Scarborough talks about all kinds of things every weekend on his cable news show, but he sure kept quiet about splitting with his wife Susan Waren.

According to the New York Daily News the couple divorced back in January, after a 12-year marriage that produced two children.

Waren, a former aide to ex-Florida governor Jeb Bush, reportedly filed the divorce court papers more than a year ago.

This was Scarborough’s second marriage. He and first wife Melanie Hinton split in 1999, after 13 years together.
