Buck of the Week: Unplugged at Bunker Hill

Cathy Dunlap made me smile with her nomination for BOTW: Unplugged.

She emailed:

my husband and I saw this young guy in Bunker Hill Woods, Cook County Forest Preserve, on Thursday, Oct. 10. Until you get pix of larger ones, thought you would enjoy this find. Cathy Dunlap and Tom Rieck

Bunker Hill is famous for much larger bucks, so it made me smile to see the future.

BOTW: Unplugged, the celebration of live big bucks around Chicago outdoors, runs on the Sun-Times outdoors page on Sundays, as warranted.

There are a multitude of ways to send nominations of BOTW: Unplugged: on Facebook (Dale Bowman), Twitter (@BowmanOutside) or email (straycasts@sbcglobal.net).
