LaughingStock Comedy Festival set for Double Door

Start laughing already!

The second annual LaughingStock: The Chicago Comedy Rock Festival has returned with twice the laughter/music, and it all takes place Aug. 25 at Double Door, 1572 N. Milwaukee.

More than 30 comedy/rock acts are scheduled to perform including: Off Off Broadzway, Shock T’s, Nashville The Band, She’s Crafty, Kill the Band and Rob Paravonian.

The festival, produced by Pub Theater (“Bye Bye Liver: The Chicago Drinking Party”) founders Josh Dunkin and Mike Barton, runs 3 p.m to 12 a.m. Admission is $12. Visit www.laughingstockmusicfest.com
