Singer Michael Buble today confirmed that he and his wife, actress Luisana Lopilato, welcomed their first child, a baby boy, this morning.

Buble posted the news and photo on Instagram: “Overjoyed and filled with gratitude at the arrival of our son Noah Buble. Born this morning, August 27th at 2:26 am in Vancouver, Canada.”

Buble will be in Chicago Sept. 7 for the kick-off of his new world tour. We talk to the singer next Friday in the Sun-Times Agenda section.
