Outdoors & art: Two views

It just happened to work out that I did two art and outdoors pieces.

On Friday, my outdoors story for the Post-Tribune was on the beginning photography work of Mike Lewandowski, whose “9-11” eagle photo is above.

Then my Sunday column for the Sun-Times spun off to music/art/lifestyle from the tale of the northern pike caught and released by Ryan Whitacre.

Those touch my dual interests.
