DETROIT — Zach Minter, the defensive tackle who the Bears said this week might be able to help fill the void left by Henry Melton, was left on the team’s inactive list Sunday.
Instead, Landon Cohen, who the Bears signed Friday and has yet to practice with the team, will be active. The defensive tackle — who will wear No. 97 — was released by the Cowboys two weeks ago.
The other Bears inactives: WR Marquess Wilson, WR Joe Anderson, CB Sherrick McManis, OT/OG James Brown, OT Jonathan Scott and DE David Bass.
The Lions will sit WR Nate Burleson, QB Kellen Moore, RB Mikel Leshoure, G Leroy Harris, T Jason Fox, WR Patrick Edwards and DT D’Anthony Smith.
