SPRINGFIELD-Sen. Bill Brady, R-Bloomington, condemned Gov. Pat Quinn’s record on job-creation Wednesday, accusing his 2010 gubernatorial opponent of ‘misleading’ Illinoisans not acknowledging the state has lost “a net 200,000 jobs” while Quinn has been governor.
