SPRINGFIELD-Sen. Bill Brady, R-Bloomington, condemned Gov. Pat Quinn’s record on job-creation Wednesday, accusing his 2010 gubernatorial opponent of ‘misleading’ Illinoisans not acknowledging the state has lost “a net 200,000 jobs” while Quinn has been governor. Here is an excerpt of Brady talking to reporters at the Capitol following Quinn’s State of the State speech.
