Obama's visit temporarily closes 5 Divvy stations

Five Divvy bike stations will be temporarily closed Wednesday night while President Obama attends a fundraiser in the River North neighborhood, according to the Chicago Department of Transportation.

The five Divvy stations to be closed beginning at 4 p.m. are at:

— Fairbanks & Grand;

— Wabash & Grand;

— McClurg & Illinois;

— Illinois & LaSalle; and

— Illinois & Streeter.

The stations will be reopened once the president has finished his visit, according to CDOT, but an exact time was not specified.

Divvy riders are encouraged to check an online map for other stations to pick up or return bikes.
