Potbelly Inc. is adding flatbread sandwiches to its menu for customers looking for lower-calorie options. The Chicago-based chain of sandwich shops started with toasted sandwiches on white or multigrain bread. It later added “skinny” sandwiches, with a third less bread and less than 350 calories. The flatbreads will debut May 6 at the chain’s sandwich shops, the Chicago Tribune reports.
