No injures in Schaumburg fire

(SCHAUMBURG) No one was hurt in a fire at an industrial building in northwest suburban Schaumburg on Tuesday morning.

The fire in the 500 block of Estes Avenue was reported at 6:49 a.m., according to a statement from the Village of Schaumburg.

The blaze went through the roof of a one-story industrial building, according to the statement. The building was evacuated and no injuries were reported.

Estes was closed between Mitchell and Wrights boulevards during the blaze.

The fire is reportedly under control as of 9:30 a.m., though the Schaumburg Fire Department remains on the scene.
