Man injured in West Garfield Park drive-by shooting

A man was injured Monday morning in a drive-by shooting in the West Garfield Park neighborhood.

The 32-year-old man was standing on the street about 10:10 a.m. in the 700 block of South Karlov Avenue, when a black sedan drove by and someone inside opened fire, police said.

The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds to both feet and was taken in good condition to Mount Sinai Hospital, police said.

Police said the man has documented gang affiliations.
