Warm weather likely to continue through Tuesday

A sunny Sunday afternoon with temperatures in the high 30s is slated for the Chicago area.

Temperatures will likely remain in the 30s on Monday and Tuesday as well, said Stephen Rodriguez of the National Weather Service in Romeoville.

“By midweek, or Wednesday, it should get colder,” Rodriguez said. “From that point forward, winter returns.”
