DAILY GUIDANCE AND PRESS SCHEDULE FOR

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2015

In the morning, the President will hold a bilateral meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu; the Vice President will also attend. The President looks forward to discussing with the Prime Minister regional security issues, including implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action to peacefully and verifiably prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, and countering Tehran’s destabilizing activities. The President also looks forward to discussing Israel’s relations with the Palestinians, the situation in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and the need for the genuine advancement of a two-state solution. There will be a pool spray at the top of this meeting in the Oval Office.

In the afternoon, the President will meet with Secretary of State Kerry. This meeting in the Oval Office is closed press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks at an Organizing for Action event and will deliver remarks and answer questions at an Organizing for Action dinner. The President’s first set of remarks are pooled for TV and stills and open to pre-credentialed correspondents. There will be print pool coverage for the dinner remarks only.
