Cellphone users can now receive health inspection scores for restaurants in north suburban Evanston by sending a text to the city’s 311 call center.

To use the service, a person must text “Restaurant” to (847) 448-4311, according to a statement from the City of Evanston. The user will then receive a message asking what restaurant they would like to receive the health inspection score for.

Health inspection scores can also be found on Yelp’s website, the statement said.
