A 79-year-old woman with dementia who went missing from the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side Friday morning has been found.

Wanda Moore walked out of a home on the 5200 block of South Green at 8 a.m. Friday and had not been heard from since, according to a high risk missing person alert issued Friday afternoon by Chicago Police.

She has since been located and safely returned to her family, police said Saturday morning.
