A 14-year-old girl who was reported missing from the Noble Square neighborhood on the North Side in April returned home safe.

Makayla Bennett, who was last seen April 27, was reported missing from The Night Ministry in the 1100 block of North Noble Street, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Sunday morning that Makayla had returned home safe in May, and the missing person alert was canceled.
