A man with dementia has been reported missing from Logan Square on the Northwest Side.

Arturo Olmo, 76, was last seen walking Tuesday in the 3000 block of West Armitage Avenue, Chicago police said.

He was wearing a gray short-sleeve button-down shirt, dark blue jeans and black gym shoes, police said. He left without taking his medication.

Olmo, who is 5-feet-6, had heart surgery less than a month ago, and has a pacemaker and two large scars on the front torso, police said.

Anyone who knows his location is asked to call Area North SVU detectives at 312-744-8266.
