Missing 20-year-old last seen in Garfield Park going to find phone

Police are looking for a 20-year-old man who went to find his phone in Garfield Park on the West Side.

He was last seen Thursday leaving his home in the area of the 4100 block of West Jackson Boulevard to find his phone, Chicago police said.

Kadan was wearing a red shirt and a jacket with orange sleeves, police said. He is a 6-foot man weighing 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Anyone with information about him is asked to call Area Central detectives at 312-747-8380.
