Man, 67, with Alzheimer’s missing from Humboldt Park

A 67-year-old man has been reported missing from Humboldt Park on the Northwest Side.

Ronnie Bernard was last seen Tuesday in the 1000 block of North Ridgeway Avenue, according to a missing persons alert from Chicago police.

Bernard, who has Alzheimer’s disease, is 5-foot-10, 170 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair and a dark-brown complexion, police said.

He was last seen wearing a green and orange hoodie, jeans and black and gray sneakers, police said.
