A 66-year-old woman involved in a crash nearly two weeks ago in Gary, Indiana has died of her injuries.

Paulette Baily was pronounced dead Monday at 5:39 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.

An autopsy released Tuesday determined she died of injuries from a March 5 vehicle crash on U.S. Route 12 near Clark Road, the medical examiner’s office said. Her death was ruled an accident.

Gary police have not yet released information on the crash.
