A 69-year-old woman has been reported missing from Austin on the West Side.

Joeann Nason was last seen Sunday in the 5500 block of West Gladys Avenue, according to a missing person alert from Chicago police. She is also known to frequent near the 300 block of South Leamington Avenue.

Nason, who has Alzheimer’s and may appear confused, is 5-foot-6, 140 pounds, with brown hair, brown eyes, and has a medium-brown complexion, police said. She is known to wear a blue jean jacket and a jean hat.
