A 12-year-old boy reported missing from Rogers Park on the North Side has been located safe.

Sherrif Raheem was last seen leaving his home about 6:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of West Greenleaf Avenue, Chicago police said.

Police on Monday said he was found safe.
