Jan Brewer rips Obama for having ‘very thin skin,’ being ‘very big disappointment’

Outgoing Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, who has been no fan of President Barack Obama, sat down for an exit interview Monday night on Fox News’ “Special Report,” and took a few parting shots at Obama. Specifically, she says he has “very thin skin” and has been a “very big disappointment.”

The Republican was asked about the moment in 2012, where she had an exchange with Obama at Mesa-Phoenix Gateway Airport and waved her finger at him when she said Obama lectured her about her book, “Scorpions for Breakfast.”

Brewer was asked if she regrets the finger point.

“No, not really,” Brewer said. “He was not very nice to me that day…He has very thin skin He was very concerned about how I portrayed him in my book. It was a truth-telling book, that we need our borders secured, and, you know, he walked away from me.”

Brewer says it was an intense conversation and was shocked it received so much attention, saying that many people only recognize her from the picture that went viral.

And how would she rate Obama’s presidency?

“It’s been a very big disappointment to me,” Brewer said. “I believe that he has done things that certainly we would have never expected any president to do by executive order, and because he says so.”
