Two men were shot in the South Austin neighborhood Sunday evening on the West Side.

The 22 and 23-year-old were walking on the street at 7:13 p.m. in the 5500 block of West Corcoran when they heard gunshots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police. The older man was shot in the head and the younger man was shot in one of his legs.

Both men took themselves to West Suburban Hospital in Oak Park where they were both listed in good condition, police said.
